Dear Sarah, Your pleasant and efficient handling of the initial enquiry and subsequent planning of the wedding was a joy; leading into what for some people can be a stressful period. We found that you and Ryan were totally accommodating with nothing we asked about being too much trouble. The setting up of the room which must have been away from your 'standard' set up was achieved with great style, and presented to our guests as a top class venue. Many of the guests commented that the wedding was one of the happiest and best that they have attended. This is in no small part due to your efforts. We thank you.

Thank you thank you thank you is only the beginning of what we can say to you and everyone who was present at our reception. We had the most amazing day of our lives and the reception contributed to this, it was fantastic, everyone commented to us and our parents that it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. The food was fantastic and so was the alcohol. They loved the room and everything in it and only had good things to say about the staff. I will absolutely take the time to send you some photos and fill out the feedback form as soon as I have a spare moment which may not be for a week or so but I will absolutely get to it. It is the least Michael and I can do. I have already sent a friend there to look around and when I see her again I will have nothing but praise for you guys and the venue to tell her.
Thank you so much, you helped contribute to the best day of our lives and for that we are so grateful. If I did it again I wouldn't change one thing about the reception, it was everything we ever hoped for and more

I would just like to say thank you to everyone at The Pavilion who assisted with our event, the whole day was just fantastic the food service and venue were brilliant and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and commented on what a brilliant venue and what fantastic service. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Pavilion to anyone as a venue for any events they may have and if we ever need a venue in the future we will definitely have you at the top of our list.

We had a fabulous wedding day. The staff at The Pavilion were fantastic and attended to our every need. A special thanks to Sarah for helping plan our wedding day leading up to it as well as greeting us as we arrived. Sarah was extremely helpful in assisting with the preparation for our day and nothing was too much trouble for her. Also a special thank you to Annette who was absolutely wonderful during our reception. The venue was beautiful and perfect for what we wanted. Our guests had a wonderful time and loved that they didn't have to change venues in between the ceremony and reception. We have received a large number of comments on how spectacular the food was. Overall our wedding was the best day ever.
