Our head chef Darren Gibbs has put together an array of delicious menus using a fine selection of fresh and local produce for you to feast on.
Our friendly events team will provide a full service of function co-ordination and can offer hints and tips on organising your party. M: Breast of turkey & baked leg ham with cranberry port jus, or Fillet Mignon with sautéed wild mushrooms & dark jus, on a bed of creamy mash or Tamarind & ginger glazed pork with roasted sweet potato & traditional roast vegetables & greens (Choose 2 to be served alternatley)
D: Pistachio & raspberry cheesecake with rosewater syrup & Warm plum pudding with brandy custard & double cream (served alternatley)
